OFIL's Corona Detection Cameras

The essence of OFIL's outstanding sensitive corona camera is the DayCor bispectral solar blind imaging technology. OFIL's cameras can pinpoin corona during the daytime and indicate the severity of discharge.

The technilogy works by splitting the observed image into two spectral channels. One channel block out sunlight and lets through only the UV signals of corona while the other channel sends the image of the object under inverstigate to a regular camera. Both channels are combinded and producing a final image of the corona exactly as to appears on the insulator, codutor or other line compoment.
