Insulator Tester

The Hi-Test Insutlator Tester tests energized or de-energized suspension insulators for non-visible internal failures at any AC line voltage. These non-visible-failures are know Causes (OCR) operations and blown fuses. They are also a theast to line crew safety when performing energized maintenance.
